For more than 18 years, I’ve led instructional design architecture, curriculum strategy, and learning ecosystem modernizations for organizations navigating rapid change. I have overseen everything from post-merger workforce integration to enterprise-wide digital transformation.
My approach treats learning as a business system, not a series of isolated courses. Every engagement starts with a diagnostic: where is performance actually breaking down, and what does the data say about why? From there, I design learning architecture that’s built to be measured, iterated, and scaled — not shelved after launch.
